How quickly will I start receiving leads?
Once setup is complete, delivery is real-time. Your intake team is notified the moment a claimant qualifies — while the case is still fresh and the claimant is still unrepresented.
How are leads delivered?
SMS and email in real time, or posted straight into your CRM — Filevine, Lead Docket, Clio, Litify, Salesforce, and anything else with a webhook or API. If your system accepts a webhook, setup takes minutes.
What if I receive a bad or duplicate lead?
We credit it. Wrong contact info, no genuine opt-in, a duplicate, or outside your agreed case criteria — we replace it at no charge. Replacements are for bad data, not for cases that simply didn't sign.
Is this a referral fee arrangement?
No. You're buying advertising — a flat, pre-set price per lead, never a percentage of fees or recoveries, and we never recommend one lawyer over another. That structure is how most jurisdictions distinguish lead generation from referral services, but you should confirm the rules with your state bar.
Are there really no contracts?
