The Basics

We generate pre-qualified claimant leads for personal injury and workers' compensation firms. You choose the delivery model that fits your intake operation: exclusive (one firm per lead) or shared volume (distributed across buyer channels). Either way, leads are screened for intent and delivered in real time.

With exclusive delivery, each lead goes to one firm only. You're the first and only call. With shared volume, the same qualified prospect is distributed to multiple buyers, which lowers your cost per lead and works well for high-capacity intake operations. Same lead quality either way. You pick the model that fits your firm.

Personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, slip & fall, premises liability), workers' compensation (workplace injuries, denied claims), mass tort, SSD, medical malpractice, and employment. Each campaign is built specifically for your practice areas and jurisdictions.

Yes. We offer both. Exclusive delivery means the lead belongs to your firm alone. No other firm touches it. Shared volume distributes leads across multiple buyers at a lower cost per lead, built for intake operations that can work high volume. We walk you through which fits better on the onboarding call.

Pricing & Commitment

It's $1 to get started. After that, you only pay per lead delivered, billed to your card on file as they come in. No retainer, no monthly fee, no minimum spend. Per-lead pricing is set on your onboarding call based on your case types and jurisdictions.

No contracts. There is a $1 charge to kick off your campaign. That's the only upfront cost. After that, you pay per lead delivered. Pause or stop at any time, no penalty, no questions.

Pricing varies by case type and jurisdiction. An MVA lead in a competitive metro prices differently than a workers' comp lead statewide. We discuss specifics on the call and build a rate that fits your market. Book a call and we'll put together the right setup for you.

Yes. You set your volume when we build your campaign, and you can adjust, pause, or resume at any time. You're always in full control of your lead flow.

Lead Quality

Before a lead reaches your intake team, we screen for genuine intent, verify contact information, confirm the incident matches your case criteria, and check representation status. You're not paying for curiosity clicks or wrong numbers. You're paying for claimants who are actually reachable and actually looking for a lawyer.

In real time. The moment a claimant qualifies, your intake team receives an SMS and email notification. An injured person picks the firm that calls first. We built our delivery system around that truth. You're always first to call.

We replace it. Inaccurate contact info, a duplicate, or a lead outside your agreed criteria — we swap it out at no charge. No back-and-forth, no questions asked.

Typically: name, phone number, email, location, and the qualifying details that matter for intake — case type, incident date, treatment status, and whether they already have representation. Everything your intake team needs to make a confident first call.

Getting Started

Most clients are receiving leads within 24–48 hours of completing setup. The onboarding call takes 15 minutes. We build your campaign profile on the spot.

We learn your targeting criteria: practice areas, jurisdictions, case criteria, and volume. We build your campaign profile. By the end of the call, we have everything we need to launch. No long drawn-out onboarding.

No. Leads arrive via SMS and email out of the box. If you want them posted straight into your case management system — Filevine, Lead Docket, Clio, CASEpeer, Litify, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or anything with a webhook or API — setup takes minutes, not weeks.

How It Works

We operate our own consumer-facing brands — clean, trusted funnels that run paid search, paid social, and organic traffic. We also source from a vetted network of third-party publishers. Either way, every lead goes through the same qualification process before it reaches you. By the time they do, they've answered questions about their incident, their treatment, and their representation status, and confirmed they want to speak with a lawyer.

Yes. We can filter by injury type, incident date range, fault, treatment status, jurisdiction, and more. On the onboarding call, we build your exact case profile so every lead matches what your firm actually signs.

Two streams. First, we run paid search (Google), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), and organic traffic through our own network of consumer-facing brands. Second, we buy from a vetted network of legal publishers. Both feed the same qualification pipeline before anything reaches your intake desk.

With a traditional marketing team, you're paying salaries, benefits, and ad spend, whether leads come in or not. With a marketing agency, you're on a retainer plus ad spend. With TV and billboards, you pay for reach whether the phone rings or not. With shared marketplaces, you're racing 3–5 other firms to the same claimant. With us, you pay only when a qualified claimant is delivered. No wasted spend.

Compliance & Data

Lead generation is treated as advertising in most jurisdictions: you pay a flat price per lead, never a share of fees or recoveries, and we don't endorse or recommend any lawyer. ABA Model Rule 7.2 permits paying the reasonable costs of advertising, including lead generation, under those conditions. Rules vary by state, so confirm with your bar before launching.

Yes. Every lead has explicitly opted in through our platform, and consent documentation is kept for every contact we deliver. We maintain full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Data is encrypted, securely stored, and handled according to the highest standards of consumer privacy.

Yes. We track conversion rates, delivery volume, and lead quality metrics. You'll always know what's coming in and how it's performing. If something isn't working, we fix it. That's part of the ongoing relationship.

Absolutely. We run paid campaigns so we can increase or decrease your lead flow on demand. If you want more volume after an initial run, we can scale quickly. If you need to pause, you can do that too. No penalty.
