By accessing or using the SourcedAI website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

SourcedAI provides exclusive, pre-qualified lead generation services for real estate agents, investors, and home service companies. We source, qualify, and deliver leads on a pay-per-lead basis. The specific terms of lead delivery, pricing, and targeting are agreed upon during your onboarding call.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account and keep it up to date.

Leads are billed on a pay-per-lead basis. Your payment method on file will be charged upon lead delivery. All charges are non-refundable except in cases where a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, in which case a replacement lead will be provided. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If a lead has inaccurate contact information or does not meet your agreed targeting criteria, we will provide a free replacement. Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery. We do not offer refunds for leads that were not contacted or that did not convert.

You agree to use SourcedAI services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of this policy.

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of SourcedAI and may not be reproduced without written permission. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us but grant us a limited license to use it to deliver our services.

SourcedAI is not responsible for your sales results, close rates, or revenue outcomes. We provide prospects but cannot guarantee conversions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for leads during the affected service period. In no event shall SourcedAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon termination, any outstanding charges for delivered leads remain due and payable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
