Description of Services
Sourced AI provides exclusive, pre-qualified lead generation services for real estate agents and life insurance agents. We source, qualify, and deliver leads on a pay-per-lead basis. The specific terms of lead delivery, pricing, and targeting are agreed upon during your onboarding call.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account and keep it up to date.
Payment Terms
Leads are billed on a pay-per-lead basis. Your payment method on file will be charged upon lead delivery. All charges are non-refundable except in cases where a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, in which case a replacement lead will be provided. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
Lead Quality and Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our leads. If a lead has inaccurate contact information or does not meet your agreed targeting criteria, we will provide a free replacement. Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery. We do not offer refunds for leads that were not contacted or that did not convert.
SMS Program
Program description: Sourced AI (MORR LLC) operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and marketing communications, including lead alerts, account updates, reminders, and promotional offers related to our lead generation services. Messages are sent to users who have explicitly opted in via our web form.
Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your account activity.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out: Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sourced AI is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages.

Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon termination, any outstanding charges for delivered leads remain due and payable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
